When funding your account or withdrawing winnings, you may use supported Indian payment methods including PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM UPI, net banking, and select debit cards. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment instrument you use is authorised and belongs to you. 91 Lottery reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of 91 Lottery or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Site content constitutes infringement and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 91 Lottery grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. If you submit feedback or suggestions to the Site, you grant 91 Lottery a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and publish that content for any lawful purpose. You warrant that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 91 Lottery does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Lottery draw results are determined by certified random-number generation processes; 91 Lottery makes no guarantee of any particular outcome or winnings.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 91 Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits or loss of data, even if 91 Lottery has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 91 Lottery's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
The Site integrates with third-party payment processors including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI. 91 Lottery is not liable for the acts, omissions, or downtime of any third-party service provider. Transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility and are separate from any charges levied by 91 Lottery.
